(CF 14-0268-S18) — Amending Motion 30B, presented by Councilmember Rodriguez and seconded by Park and Lee, striking sections from the Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance amendments on the basis of a confidential report before the Council. Among the examples of harassment it would have removed were reducing or threatening to reduce housing services required by a lease, and failing to state a justification for entry or give notice to the tenant.
