(CF 24-4118-S12) — Resolution (Blumenfield – Park) designating two Council District 3 locations for enforcement under Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.18(c) against sitting, lying, sleeping, or storing, using, maintaining or placing personal property in the public right-of-way — the intersection of De Soto Avenue and Deering Circle, and the intersection of Deering Circle and Independence Avenue — and directing the departments with jurisdiction to post notices and begin enforcement once the posting period expires.
