AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT), to execute the proposed Third Amendment to Contract No. C-134341 with MV Transportation, Inc., subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form. INSTRUCT the LADOT to work with the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to ensure contract expenditures do not exceed the adopted budget for Fiscal Year 2024-25. INSTRUCT the General Manager, LADOT, to provide an update on the timeline for completion of the new Transit Service Analysis. Fiscal Impact Statement: The CAO reports that this Amendment will be funded by the City’s Proposition (Prop) A Local Transit Assistance Fund. Any costs that exceed the City’s Prop A Fund capacity may need to be funded by the Measure M Local Return Fund, Measure R Local Return Fund, and/or the General Fund.
