Prepare any additional Controller instructions to reimburse City departments for their accrued labor, material or permit costs related to projects listed in the CAO report dated January 31, 2025, attached to the Council file, to implement the intent of these transactions; and, AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement these instructions. INSTRUCT the CAO to work with the Mayor's Office, to include in the next HEA report, a detailed fiscal and operational plan for City homelessness facilities, including Inside Safe and any potential demobilization, given the financial constraints that the city is facing as part of the next HEA.
